On this week's episode, Travis talks about how well Dev's dating profile is going and Laura's initial reluctance to help him. Josh Werner swings in and talks about his history of cars catching on fire. We wrap up the show with a little comic talk and Gray's review of "X-men: Apocalypse".

The guys took a week off from their normal recording to recharge. So this week's episode is a special one. Travis, Devin, Gray, Jorsh, David Hayes, and Jacob all sit down to watch the 2017 Royal Rumble and give their commentary. If you have the WWE network, feel free to queue it up and watch along. Since we were watching this live, there are a few times that the live stream froze and had to buffer. So we may get out of sync with the recorded version of the Rumble.

No Travis again this week. Devin and the Sorbek talk about what they did since the last show and more comic talk.

Release date: 2017-02-17 00:00:00

We return this week to talk about Legion, other comic TV shows, and comics.

This Friday at 7:30, Travis and I will be attending the opening night showing of "It's a Bird! It's a Plane! It's Superman!: The Musical" at the Community Theatre of Howell in Howell, MI. You read that right, a musical based on Superman. The show is an official DC licensed musical from the 1960's about Superman. Here is the show description as seen on the CToH page:

Superman sings and slams his way through the criminal element of Metropolis with his gal pal, Lois Lane, in the revival of the 1960s Broadway musical! Fun for the whole family, It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's...Superman! brings the comic book to life! Can Supes defeat the evil Professor Sedgewick? Will he ever tell his secret to Lois?
This is the first time that this musical will have been performed in the Midwest. This musical has a pretty significant history as it has a villain that was created specifically for and has only ever appeared in the musical.

The program is also a special treat, as it features art by Michigan's own Josh Werner.

The show is being directed by local indie movie legend David C. Hayes. He was our guest way back on "Episode 17:David C. Hayes and the Horrors of Cosplay".

Feel free to join us on Friday, or catch one of the other showings. The show runs May 8th - 17th.
